Sometimes things fly off the rails and even the best plans go awry so it’s been important for us to have some healthy options at the ready for when we need to order take-out or go pick something up. I always look for a restaurant that uses mostly fresh ingredients and go for meals that are complete meals with lots of vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs.
