Hey there friends. I’m Emily - wife, mom, and registered dietitian. Thanks for stopping by my little spot on the Internet where I hope to give you useable tools for feeding you and your family well every week. Each week I’ll be sharing with you what we’re eating over at my house as well as curating a list of take-out options for when life becomes a little much (as it does) and sharing what I’m feeding my kids (hint: sometimes they like it, sometimes they don’t).
