PB&J Breakfast Sandwich

1 English Muffin (currently into Ezekial Sprouted Grain)

Peanut Butter (look for just peanuts and salt)

Strawberry Jam (look for low sugar option)

1 scrambled egg


Crack and scramble 1 egg. Meanwhile, lightly toast English muffin and spread with peanut butter and strawberry jam. Add scrambled egg and enjoy.
